IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING CAMPER REGISTRATON FOR 2021.
We are so excited for Camp Camellia Rose this summer! Emails regarding COVID guidelines for camp have been emailed to currently registered Camper Families. If you have questions regarding your Camper’s registration, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
New Camper Registrations for Summer 2021 are being handled on a case by case basis depending on our current unit numbers. If you would like to register your child, please email our Registrar directly at email@example.com.
Welcome to our relatively new registration process. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we move towards a smooth and efficient system. Please be aware that girls must already be REGISTERED GIRL SCOUTS before you register them for Camp Camellia Rose. PLEASE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS USING EITHER INTERNET EXPLORER OR GOOGLE CHROME. THE PAYPAL SYSTEM IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH FIREFOX AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR PAYMENT WHILE USING THAT BROWSER.
Here’s how our new registration process works:
1) From the links below, select the registration form you need to fill out. There is only one form that covers all campers, Boys and Tag-a-Longs.
2) After you have completed and submit the registration form(s), you will see a message that has a link to our payment page. Click on that link and go to the payment page. Scroll down the page and make your selections from the options and add them to your cart. When you are done, hit the “view cart” button to confirm your order, making sure it has all of the children you are registering for, and then continue onto payment. Once your payment is received, your registration will be complete.
PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF REGISTRATION OR YOUR CAMPER’S REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
Please also make sure to use the same email address in the payment section that you used on your camper’s registration forms.
Registration will be closed when we reach 200 campers. Some grade-level units may fill up and be closed before others, depending upon the number of girls who register for that particular grade. In that case, we do keep a waiting list. Parents will receive an email by the beginning of April informing them that their camper(s) have been accepted to camp.
